Blood Orange Paloma
Although summer fruits are so diverse and delicious, there are also special winter fruits, especially citrus fruits. One of my favorite citrus is the blood orange. When compared to regular oranges, it is more juicy, has lower acidity and unique sweetness with red berry notes. With its unique flavor, I really enjoy using it in cocktails, especially in tequila-based ones. So, I wanted to try a paloma with the blood oranges and here is a delicious sip for you with sumac-salt mix rim.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Tequila Reposado
- 45 ml Blood orange juice
- 30 ml Grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 5 ml Agave syrup (optional)
- Soda
