Pine Crush
I was looking through photos and recipes, then I noticed this delicacy which I haven’t posted yet. I love the chartreuse and pineapple pairing and in this one, dark rum and rooibos syrup adds on perfectly. It tastes as good as it looks and since I remember it now, I am gonna shake one more for myself very soon.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Dark rum
- 15 ml Green Chartreuse
- 45 ml Pineapple juice
- 20 ml Rooibos syrup
- 20 ml Lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and grated nutmeg. Cheers! 🍹
