East Coast Negroni
Edinburgh Gin's Seaside expression is really an interesting one with unusual signature botanicals such as scurvy grass, bladderwrack and ground ivy. The name reveals itself actually. The cocktail on the website is as interesting as the gin itself so I immediately gave it a try. A negroni riff with Suze, sea salt rim and grapefruit bitters. Definitely worth giving it a try to experience the briny botanicals of the gin.
Ingredients
- 25 ml Seaside gin
- 25 ml Suze liqueur
- 25 ml Campari
- 3 dashes Grapefruit bitters
- Sea salt rim
Instructions
- Coat the rim of your glass with sea salt. Mix all your ingredients in a mixing glass/tin. Pour in a glass with a large clear ice cube. Garnish with a rosemary sprig. Cheers! 🌿
