Goodness
It’s been the longest break I have ever given between two posts till I started this account. I think we all agree that cocktails have something to do with joy and when you don’t have that joy, it is really difficult to make or share. As you might know, Turkey faced one of the worst wildfires lately and it is still not over yet. Thankfully, most of them are under control now. So, I would like to raise a glass to all the good people in this world who really care, for the good.
Ingredients
- 45 ml London Dry Gin
- 15 ml Green Chartreuse
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a dried bay leaf or a lemon zest. Cheers!
