Üzüm (Grape) Mojito
Today’s cocktail is an easy-to-find-ingredients recipe, which, as I mentioned before, is requested a lot. It is a simple touch to mojito in which I used grape mix syrup from a local producer instead of simple. However, for those who can not obtain it (only available in Turkey), can use their favorite fresh grapes with a little bit of simple syrup or sugar addition. When making a mojito, I don’t like muddling the mints, instead I smack them and use a little bit more leaves. So, here it is;
Ingredients
- 60 ml White rum
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Grape mix syrup
- Mint leaves
- Soda
Instructions
- Add lime juice, syrup and gently smacked mint leaves in your glass, add some ice and give it a stir. Add rum and more ice and stir again. Fill your glass with ice and top with soda. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges if you prefer. Cheers! 🍹
