In Heaven
It may seem like I am more into shaken cocktails when you consider the recipes that I share. However, I am more into stirred cocktails. I believe that spirit-forward stirred cocktails needs more effort and care to create since the balance is harder to achieve. With the motivation to create a stirred cocktail, I decided to go with tequila which is not so commonly used. I have mentioned a couple of times that I really love the pairing of chartreuse and pineapple. This time, I tried it in a stirred cocktail and I created a cocktail that I really enjoyed. Here it is;
Ingredients
- 50 ml Tequila blanco %100 agave
- 15 ml Pineapple liqueur
- 10 ml Yellow chartreuse
- 2 dashes Homemade lemon bitters
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass or tin. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Express the oil of a lemon peel and discard. Garnish with a rosemary sprig. Cheers! 🍸
