Hemingway Daiquiri (Twist)
This recipe is different from the original Hemingway Daiquiri with a special ingredient of Ruby Red Grapefruit - Lemongrass cordial and both recipes are from the book “Shake, Stir, Pour - Fresh Homegrown Cocktails”. I really like the cordial, especially the lemongrass touch, and it is worth trying even it is a little bit complicated ingredient-wise. You may use this cordial in many other different recipes. I will also share the cordial recipe.
Ingredients
- 75 ml White rum
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 22.5 ml Grapefruit-lemongrass cordial
- 7.5 ml Maraschino liqueur
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel. Cheers! 🍸
