Belmondo
This recipe is from @enginbaysl which he created while trying to make an amaretto sour riff. Amaretto and basil/bergamot (not these two but with amaretto) are not such flavors that I would think of using together but this unexpected mix makes it a real good one. And it has a beautiful color. And the good news is, you can try this cocktail at @gergedanbar this summer 🙂🥂
Ingredients
- 60 ml Vodka
- 15 ml Amaretto
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 45 ml Bergamot purple basil sauce
- 1 Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a purple basil leaf. Cheers! 🥂
