Passion Sidecar
Sidecar is the first one that comes to mind when talking about cognac based cocktails. Sticking to the classical recipe, I just added the pulp of one passion fruit. If you are not a fan of sugar rims, you may add some simple syrup to the mix.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Hennessy Cognac VS
- 22.5 ml Cointreau
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 1 Passion pulp
- Sugar rim
Instructions
- Coat the rim of your glass with sugar. Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Open pour into a chilled coupe glass. (You may prefer to strain it) Garnish with half of a passion fruit. Cheers! 🍹
