Sometimes, an ingredient turns a simple recipe into something really special. All of @butterplatz jams are one of a kind and very delicious. This “confiture de vin rouge Merlot” (red wine jam) was sent as a gift with my order and it was inevitable to make a New York Sour twist using it since it is the perfect ingredient; red wine and sweetener combined.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Bourbon
- 40 ml Lemon juice
- 2 bsp Red wine jam
- Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with an orange zest. Add more jam if you like. 🍯 Cheers! 🥃
