Dublin
I have mentioned many times that whiskey sour is one of my favorite cocktails. If I have to drink something at a not-cocktail-bar, then I order a gin tonic to be on the safe side or try to teach them how to make a whiskey sour (yes, I did it several times). This recipe is from the cocktail recipe booklet “passport” by @onurbalk with berry and bergamot touch. I only changed the blackberry syrup with a delicious mixed berry jam I have. By the way, I love to add some fresh orange juice to my whiskey sour.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Bourbon
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 30 ml Orange juice
- 30 ml Mixed berry marmalade
- 3 dashes Homemade bergamot bitters
- Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with berries or dehydrated orange wheels. Cheers! 🥃
