Incebelli
This post is all about presentation and of course a delicious negroni. I was thinking about a presentation with this beautiful solid copper service tray, “The Taşıyan” from @soy_turkiye and in the end I came up with this. It is for bar service but inspired from an eastern style tray for Turkish tea and coffee service. So why not to serve a delicious negroni in a Turkish tea glass (almost the same color with tea). “Incebelli” (meaning slim waist in Turkish) is the name given to the Turkish tea glass. The one in the picture is a modern design, normally it is slimmer. 🙂 Just give it a quick search to see the original one and then you will understand why it is called “incebelli”.
