Grapefruit Collins
This one is a simple twist on the Tom Collins recipe replacing lemon juice with fresh grapefruit juice but I still kept some lemon juice. Whenever grapefruit and gin are concerned, I prefer using Tanqueray 10 and most of you know the reason; the bold grapefruit notes. You may also muddle a little bit rosemary to enhance the flavors.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Tanqueray 10 gin
- 30 ml Pink grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- Soda
Instructions
- (You may build in a highball glass but I prefer shaking.) Add all ingredients, except soda, into your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda. Garnish with grapefruit zest and slice. Cheers! 🍸
