Oogie Boogie
The second and the last Halloween cocktail for this year is inspired from a character from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. Green and garnished with a yellow/black snake, here is the Oogie Boogie.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Tequila blanco
- 20 ml Mezcal
- 20 ml Grand Marnier
- 40 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Tarragon syrup
- Chili pepper
- Egg white
Instructions
- Coat the rim of your glass with activated carbon-salt. Add one or two small pieces of chili pepper into the shaker. Muddle or not, it is your choice. Add the rest of the ingredients and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lemon peel snake. Cheers and happy Halloween! 🎃
