Masala Chai Sour
If you see a cognac-based cocktail in a menu of a bar, love that place. I don’t know if you agree or not, but I don’t see cognac based cocktails so often in menus and I love them. This delicious sour cocktail is from @dante.kitchenbar’s menu. I haven’t been there before but I had the chance to try some of their cocktails at home. Here is another one with Cognac VSOP and most importantly masala chai infused sweet vermouth. That spicy character of masala chai added so much to the vermouth and the cocktail turned out to be a delicious sour.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Cognac VSOP
- 20 ml Masala chai infused sweet vermouth
- 40 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Simple syrup
- Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel. Cheers! 🍹
