Bombin
This is an experimental mix which turned out to be an interesting cocktail to sip. I have used melon and thyme together before which are great together. This time I wanted to enhance it with smoky touch of mezcal and nutty touch of amaretto. I was also experimental with the presentation with the attachment of microgreens to a slice of melon. I enjoyed it a lot and hope you’ll enjoy it too.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Tequila blanco @altostequila
- 15 ml Mezcal @montelobos
- 15 ml Melon liqueur @midori_uk
- 10 ml Amaretto @disaronno_official
- 2 chunks of Melon
- 2 sprigs of Fresh thyme
- 20 ml Lime juice
Instructions
- Muddle the melon chunks with thyme in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a melon slice and some fancy microgreens. Cheers! 🍹
