It is fig season and time to make a cocktail using it. This time I chose to use rum and I used Plantation Grande reserve which is one of my favorites lately to use in cocktails. I also wanted to add a spicy touch with falernum and Licor 43 to add some vanilla flavor. You may add some simple syrup according to the ripeness of your fig.

Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml Plantation Grande Reserve Rum
  • 20 ml Velvet Falernum Liqueur
  • 10 ml Licor 43
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 10 ml Simple syrup optional
  • 1 pcs fig

Instructions
 

  • Peel your fig, cut it into halves and muddle in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a fig. Cheers! 🍹
