The Same Sky
I generally start to make a cocktail by selecting my first ingredient and build around it. This time I have this delicious Hotel Starlino Rosé Aperitivo (@thestarlino). It is always better to taste and understand the profile of your ingredients before making a cocktail. Starlino Rosé is a citrus forward aperitivo, so I decided to burst its flavors. I decided to make a martini type of cocktail using Tanqueray 10, a citrus forward gin, elderflower liqueur, one of the botanicals in Starlino Rosé and of course my newly homemade grapefruit bitters. And here is a delicious and fresh cocktail that I currently make one after another.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Tanqueray 10
- 30 ml Starlino Rosé
- 15 ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 dashes Homemade grapefruit bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir well with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel. Cheers!
