Pear Up

This is another experimental no-syrup-cocktail trial and it turned out pretty good. I was looking out what to pair those delicious small pears with and I finally decided to use spiced rum, creme de cassis and hazelnut combo which you should definitely try. And yes, that was such a good egg to create such a foam 🙂

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Spiced rum
  • 15 ml Creme de cassis
  • 10 ml Hazelnut liqueur (@frangelico)
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 2 Akca pears
  • Egg white

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the pears inside your shaker. Add all ingredients and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with a pear or pear slices. Cheers!🍹
