Pairing of raspberries and white chocolate, based with cognac and ancho reyes

Recently, I have a special fondness for the fruit-chocolate duo.  When I find strawberries, I want to dip them in chocolate and I generally do. 🙂 This cocktail idea also came out of there. When raspberries dipped in white chocolate appeared in my mind for a moment, I decided to make this cocktail.  Of course the garnish would be white chocolate dipped raspberries.  Finally, I wanted to add a touch of chili.  If you don't want to, you can increase the amount of cognac.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Cognac VSOP
  • 10 ml Ancho Reyes Verde
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Orange Juice
  • 20 ml White Chocolate Syrup
  • 6-7 Raspberries
  • 4-5 drops Foamer

Instructions
 

  • Muddle raspberries in your shaker and add all the ingredients. Shake well with ice and double strain into your ice-filled glass. Garnish with white chocolate dipped raspberries.
