All for One
I don’t really remember how I decided to use all these ingredients while making this cocktail but that generally happens when I lose myself in details of food pairing and decide to make an experimental mix. To be honest, it generally does not give a really satisfying result at the end when you mix so many ingredients. The taste might be ok but you should consider the contribution of each ingredient to the final mix for taste, aroma or color. This cocktail can be considered as relatively a good one, with melon as the dominant flavor and mastiha pairing well with melon. Blueberries are not really there but contributes to the color along with the sweet vermouth and you can have the hints of lavender.
Ingredients
- 30 ml white rum
- 15 ml mastiha liqueur
- 15 ml sweet vermouth
- 20 ml Lemon Juice
- 30 ml Melon Puree
- 7-8 Blueberries
- 2-3 dashes Lavender tincture
- 2-3 drops foamer
Instructions
- Muddle blueberries in your shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake with ice until well-chilled. Double strain into your glass and garnish with lavender sprigs.Cheers! 🍹
