Irish Nuke

I believe, you may have heard about or tried Irish Car Bomb, Irish Shot or Irish Slammer all of which refers to the same drink. It is equal parts of Irish cream liqueur and Irish whisky in a shot glass, which is then dropped into a ½ pint Stout beer. Then you should drink it as fast as you can since it is a shot and the Irish cream will curdle quickly if you don’t. I will never say no if offered when I am leaving a bar at the end of the night. I made a slight change in this one and replaced Irish cream liqueur with coffee liqueur. Instead of dropping the shot glass, I added the ingredients into the glass and topped with the beer. However, it is always fun to drop it. Remember, it is important to drink it at one shot. 🙂⁣
