Dark Side of the Moon
Green apple is one of my favorite ingredients in cocktails and its taste profile provides flexibility when used in cocktails. Jack Daniel's Tennessee Apple is a sweet liqueur with a strong green apple flavor, produced by blending Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey and apple liqueur. Technically, it is a liqueur, however, with an ABV of 35%, it can be used as a base spirit in cocktails. In this cocktail, I paired the green apple flavor with a bit of ginger, while balancing it with black mulberry, plum syrup, and some sweet vermouth. Black mulberry season is nearing its end, I suggest you try it as soon as possible if you love the mix.
