Sorrel Passion
Sorrel is a herbaceous plant from the same family with buckwheat and rhubarb. It is tart and herbal which makes it so suitable to use in cocktails. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried it in a cocktail but if you haven’t, just give it a try. There are simple and good recipes around but this time I would like to try something different. I paired it with passion fruit and added grapefruit and bitters to have a more complicated taste profile rather than having a simple sour one. It is a delicious one so I recommend serving it in an ice-filled long drink glass.

- 2 drops of Foamer (optional)
