Some like it dark and bitter, while others prefer milky or white. Yes, we are talking about chocolate since today is the World Chocolate Day. It is an annual celebration of chocolate on July 7th which is said to be the anniversary of the introduction of chocolate to Europe in 1550. The magic comes from cacao beans for this addictive taste for almost everyone in the world and to celebrate this day I made a cocktail using creme de cacao which can be considered to be a twist to the cocktail Grasshopper. Creme de cacao, banana liqueur, brandy and cream, served with a rim of orange chocolate is a delicious mix.
Ingredients
- 15 ml Brandy
- 45 ml Creme de cacao
- 30 ml Banana liqueur
- 45 ml Heavy cream
Instructions
- Rim your glass with chocolate of your choice. Add all ingredients into your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into your ice-filled mug. You may serve with some additional chocolate bites.Cheers! 🍫
