Into the Wild
The Botanist is the first and only dry gin from Islay, Scotland. In addition to 9 core botanicals, there are 22 botanicals which are specific to the Islay region, all hand-picked. Latin names of these 22 botanicals are embossed on the bottle of The Botanist gin. With its 46% alcohol level, it is perfect especially for martinis, and this ABV level makes it also very versatile for cocktails. It is very balanced and smooth and that’s why I mosly enjoy it as G&T, however, this time I prepared an interesting mix.
Ingredients
- 5 cl The Botanist Gin
- 1.5 cl Green Chartreuse
- 4.5 cl pineapple juice
- 2 cl Grapefruit Juice
- 3 cl Lemon Juice
- 2 cl Honey Syrup (1:1)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into your ice-filled glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.Cheers! 🍸
