Summer Berry
The holiday season has finally arrived. Before I go on vacation, I want to share a cocktail with fresh blackberries. It is a very refreshing mix for summer which you can also serve on ice. Although the ingredients may seem simple, it is always important to consider the food pairing issues (even for the base spirit). If you do that, then you will most probably have a nice mix. A coupe glass with a large volume is also a suitable choice for serving without ice. You can even add a large ice cube or sphere if you prefer.
Ingredients
- 6 cl Brandy
- 3 cl green apple juice
- 3 cl Lemon Juice
- 2 cl Orange Juice
- 2 cl Citrus mix syrup
- 3 blackberries
- 4-5 mint leaves (optional)
- Egg white
Instructions
- Muddle blackberries in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into your chilled coupe glass. Garnish with blackberries and a mint sprig.Cheers! 🍸
