Gazeless Stare
I was thinking of making a cocktail with cognac and blackberries lately and then I made a flavor pairing research to enhance it instead of making a simple sour. In the end, I decided to use apricot and chocolate (which I replaced with cacao in this one). All liqueurs, no syrup and this one is a delicious sour with the mix of all these great flavors.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Cognac VSOP @abk6cognac
- 20 ml Apricot liqueur @giffard_liqueurs_syrups
- 20 ml Creme de cacao white liqueur
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 6 Blackberries
- Egg white
Instructions
- Muddle blackberries in the shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with blackberries and mint leaves. Cheers! 🍹
