Peach Basil Margarita
There is not much to say about this cocktail. It is one of my favorites to make a riff of, a margarita enhanced with peach, basil, strawberry with a hint of chili. It is great for summer but margarita has no season for me.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Tequila
- 30 ml Cointreau
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Strawberry chili cordial
- 2 cubes of Peach
- 4-5 pcs Basil leaves
Instructions
- Rim your glass with strawberry and salt mix. Muddle peach and basil inside your shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake well with ice and double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with basil leaves and a slice of peach. Cheers! 🍹
