Pistachio Whisky Sour
You might remember the pistachio daiquiri that I posted a while ago. I have this pistachio syrup and there is no chance that I would not make a whisky sour using it. I might have mentioned a several times that whisky sour is one of my all time favorites. Here is a pistachio whisky sour with a smoky touch using Islay single malt whisky.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Blended Scotch Whisky @monkeyshoulder
- 10 ml Islay Single Malt Whisky
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 30 ml Orange juice
- 20 ml Pistachio syrup @inspire.cocktail.lab
- 2 dashes Homemade orange bitters
- Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with pistachios and dried orange wheels. Cheers! 🥃
