Halloween is coming but I haven’t made this cocktail for halloween, however, it fits the concept. The main idea behind that is to make a smoky and hot cocktail with a cool look. And I used one of my favorite combinations with tequila, mezcal and yellow chartreuse. Be careful with the chili. I witnessed two close friends of mine hospitalized the next day having a very hot cocktail. I was there when they were drinking and I took them to the hospital. No, I was not the one who made the cocktails. 🙂

Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml Altos Tequila (Tequila Blanco)
  • 15 ml Montelobos
  • 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • 30 ml Lime juice
  • 20 ml Active carbon syrup
  • Chili pepper
  • Egg white

Instructions
 

  • Add one or two small pieces of chili pepper into the shaker. Muddle or not, it is your choice. Add the rest of the ingredients and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a chili pepper. Cheers! 🍹
