Demigod
Just improvising on the bergamot and basil combination, this time I used mezcal and passoa (passion fruit liqueur). I did not muddle the basil leaves this time since I did not want a dominant flavor of basil, just slapped them and dropped in the shaker.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Tequila blanco
- 15 ml Mezcal
- 15 ml Passoa
- 30 ml Bergamot cordial
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 3-4 Basil leaves
- Egg white
Instructions
- Slap the basil leaves and drop them in. Add the rest of the ingredients and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with basil leaves. Cheers! 🍹
