Gilraen
This cocktail is a recreation of one of my cocktails, Artemisia, that I made more than a year ago. I’d like to make it again as I have a new bottle of tarragon syrup. In this one, I added mezcal and make it a little bit boozy when compared to the previous one. I kept the presentation same because I really love it. The combination of tequila, pineapple and tarragon is great. And I really like this color.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Tequila blanco
- 15 ml Mezcal
- 45 ml Fresh pineapple juice
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Tarragon syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds. Cheers!
