Shimmering Light
I was not a fan of coconut before getting that much into cocktail making. That’s why I guess I was not a fan of Pina Colada, too. And here is a confession to make; I had never tried coconut cream until now. However, I now realized that it is something really delicious. So, first thing to make is a Pina Colada riff with Green Chartreuse and Pineapple rum.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Plantation Pineapple Rum
- 15 ml Green Chartreuse
- 30 ml Coconut cream
- 60 ml Fresh pineapple juice
- 20 ml Lime juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with pineapple slices, fonds and a maraschino cherry. Cheers! 🍹
