Another business trip is coming up so I need to post a recipe before getting into that rush. This is one of the end-of-the-night improvised recipes which I did not forget to write it down. 🙂 Combination of passion fruit and lychee with the spicy touch of falernum and rum would never go wrong.

Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml Havana 3 Anos rum
  • 20 ml Falernum liqueur
  • 20 ml Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
  • 30 ml Lime juice
  • 40 ml Passion puree

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheels. Cheers! 🍸
