Curly Wave
I was thinking of pairing satsuma with mastiha since both are Aegean flavors and most importantly I like them both. Finally, I made it with addition of fresh green apple juice. You may use gin or vodka, both are ok in this mix. Give it a try if you have the ingredients, it is a real fresh and delicious mix.
Ingredients
- 50 ml London Dry Gin
- 20 ml Mastiha liqueur
- 30 ml Homemade satsuma cordial
- 30 ml Fresh green apple juice
- 30 ml Lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with apple slices and some fancy microgreens. Cheers! 🍹
