Hennessy Nar
I think this cocktail can be considered as a “Kaş” (a beautiful small town in the southern part of Turkey) classic. I had the chance to try it from @okan07dost when I was there last year. I don’t know the exact recipe but the ingredients so I came up with this mix. I love using cognac in fruity cocktails so this one is definitely a good one. (Nar means Pomegranate in Turkish)
Ingredients
- 45 ml Hennessy VS Cognac
- 15 ml Chambord
- 20 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 40/50 ml Fresh pomegranate juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with lemon zest and mint sprig. Cheers! 🍹
