Plum
There are many alternative products for egg white emerging in the market. Cocktail foam is one of them which I had the chance to try in this cocktail. I am and always will be on the egg white side but it is definitely a good alternative for egg white or aqua faba, so you may want to give it a try.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Tanqueray Gin
- 25 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Lemongrass syrup
- 2 dashes Plum bitters
- 2 Plums
- 2 dashes Cocktail foam
Instructions
- Remove the pits of the plums and muddle in your shaker. Add all ingredients and give it a dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon zest. Cheers! 🍸
