There is no doubt that local products are the best ingredients to use in cocktails. They are perfect with no artificial ingredients and produced in-season in small batches using local products. I wanted to add a smoky taste on top of that berry syrup and it turned out great. You may use sweetened and flavored soda or just club soda according to your taste.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Tequila blanco
- 15 ml Mezcal
- 15 ml Ramazzotti aperitivo rosato
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Black elderberry-blackberry syrup
- Raspberry soda
- 1 dash Lemon bitters
- Lavender garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except soda, into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda. Garnish with lavender sprigs. Cheers! 🍹
