Jungle in Black
If there is one thing better than a simple whisky sour, it is a whisky sour with a delicious flavor combination. That’s why I first try new liqueurs or syrups first with a whisky sour. Mandarin and ginger is my favorite pairing nowadays and here is a delicious whisky sour with Monkey Shoulder.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Monkey Shoulder
- 20 ml Mandarine Napoleon
- 40 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Ginger cordial
- 2 dashes Homemade mandarin bitters
- Egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a mandarin wedge. Cheers! 🥃
