I noted down the coconut and turmeric pairing a while ago and the time has come to test it as I have the turmeric syrup from @nextofmixology. There are many ways to use an ingredient while making a cocktail. First of all, I decided to make a jungle bird twist. I have the turmeric syrup so I needed to decide how to use the coconut flavor. Coconut cream, liqueur, water are some options but I decided to use coconut oil-washed campari which I tried before and really enjoyed using as an ingredient. So, here is a delicious Jungle Bird twist.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Dark rum
- 22.5 ml Coconut oil-washed Campari
- 45 ml Fresh pineapple juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Turmeric syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with pineapple fronds. Cheers! 🍹
