To be honest, I am not a fan of kombucha. Till now, I have been asked a couple of times to make a cocktail using kombucha but I preferred to ignore. A couple of weeks ago, I received @mogu.kombucha products and especially when I tried the green tea - pomegranate one, I changed my mind and of course made a cocktail using it. Combined with rum, ginger, hibiscus and mint, here is a refreshing and delicious cocktail using kombucha.
Ingredients
- 50 ml White rum
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Hibiscus syrup
- 3 small cubes of Ginger
- 5-6 leaves of Mint
- Green Tea - Pomegranate Kombucha
Instructions
- Muddle ginger cubes in your shaker, gently smack the mint leaves and drop them in. Add the rest of the ingredients, except kombucha, and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with kombucha. Garnish with lime, mint and dried hibiscus petals. Cheers!
