The Gardener
As most of you know, Hendrick’s Gin is infused with essences of rose and cucumber in addition to 11 botanicals and it is one of my favorites. So, I wanted to create a signature cocktail with some special ingredients which would boost these two flavors. Having a creamy rose foam at first which is followed by the tart and sweet cucumber shrub makes it a delicious sip. I will also share the recipes of these two ingredients in the stories.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Hendrick’s Gin
- 45 ml Cucumber shrub
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 10 ml Unripe almond juice
- Rose foam
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with rose foam. Garnish with dried rose petals. Cheers! 🥒🌹🍸
