Apple Blossom
Inspired by a William Schmidt recipe and described as a cousin to the Sidecar with the fruit flavors, Apple Blossom is a cocktail from the book, “The Dead Rabbit Drinks Manual” (@deadrabbitnyc). It may look a little bit complicated with the ingredients for a homemade cocktail but it is not and it is definitely worth giving it a try.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Strawberry infused calvados
- 15 ml Strawberry cordial
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 22.5 ml Pamplamousse rose
- 3 dashes Grapefruit bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Strain into a glass over a large ice cube and garnish with a strawberry. Cheers! 🥂
