Strawberry Cordial
The Dead Rabbit Recipe (from the book)
Ingredients
- 180 ml Strawberry puree
- 480 ml Simple Syrup
- 15 ml Rose Water
- 15 ml Everclear
Instructions
- Stir the first two ingredients and strain. Add rose water and Everclear and shake all to mix well in a bottle. You may store for 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
