Trakyali
Hardaliye is a lactic acid fermented beverage produced from grapes, mustard seeds and sour cheery leaves. It is from the East Thrace region (Trakya region of Turkey) and it is not commonly used in cocktails but definitely a good candidate. Using tequila as the base simply to make a margarita twist and topping it with spicy pineapple foam, here is a delicious sip.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Tequila blanco
- 30 ml Hardaliye
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Agave syrup
- Spiced pineapple foam
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice filled glass and top with spicy pineapple foam. Garnish with a sprig of mustard grass. 🌿 Cheers! 🥂
