Bey Armudu
I think you all know how I love bergamot in cocktails. I hope that you are not bored of it. In July, we arranged a Bar Takeover event at @fahrikonsolosluk and while preparing the menu I said there must be a cocktail with bergamot and I prepared this one. Simply a delicious margarita twist. You may think that the sweetener ratio (bergamot cordial + agave) is too much but it is not since I prepared the bergamot cordial as a low sugar one (3 parts bergamot juice, 1 part sugar) and that’s why it is a sourish one. Adding of agave syrup and using less lime juice is, as you might get it, to achieve the balance. Ps: The name “Bey Armudu” is said to be the origin of the word Bergamot.
