The Pendergast
I turned 40 this month, which I thought was an important milestone for my life, actually it is, but not as I planned years ago. So, I am not gonna talk about it in this post. The only reason that I mentioned my birthday is that I received this flask as a birthday present and this cocktail recipe was written behind its package. You may drink directly from your flask or pour over ice in a rocks glass, both works well for this cocktail.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Bourbon
- 30 ml Sweet vermouth
- 15 ml Benedictine
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Fill flask with ingredients and shake gently. Your cocktail is ready to drink. If you prefer, you can also pour over ice in a rocks glass. Cheers! 🥃
