Lucid Dream
Last week, I shared a cocktail in which I used the elderflower and cucumber. This time, we used this pair again with a different base. I think you get used to seeing cocktails in which these two is paired with gin or vodka but with the addition of right ingredients, tequila can also be a good alternative. Even only these two can be used to create delicious cocktails, in this one, we go one step further and add pineapple and basil. And green Chartreuse is the golden kick. Here is a delicious, refreshing sip.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Tequila blanco
- 15 ml Green Chartreuse
- 45 ml Freshly squeezed pineapple juice
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Elderflower syrup
- 2-3 slices Cucumber
- 3-4 leaves Basil
Instructions
- Muddle cucumber slices and basil leaves with the syrup in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Simply garnish with a basil leaf. Cheers! 🍃
