Happy World Bartender Day to all professional or amateur bartenders around the World! I would like to celebrate this day with one of my favorite Negroni twists since Negroni took the number 1 spot in the World’s Best Selling Classic Cocktails this year after 8 years of running as the best supporting one. And I believe it is the most favorite among the bartenders, too. Actually, I prefer my Negroni with dark rum instead of gin and I love to use coconut oil-washed Campari with rum. Add a few dashes of chocolate bitters and voilà! Give it a try, I believe you will love it.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Dark rum
- 30 ml Coconut oil-washed Campari
- 30 ml Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Chocolate bitters
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass or tin. Strain into your glass. Express the oil of an orange peel and drop it in. Cheers! 🥃
